Normal wear and tear, chewing, scratching, or misuse of our collars are not considered to be due to any flaws in workmanship and will not be considered for exchanges or refunds.

Though the collars are made on heavy-duty nylon webbing, they are not indestructible and can be cut by anything that is sharp. All Materials used will wear differently. Some ribbons have the designs added while others are printed on the ribbon itself. Ribbons with glitter or foil accents may rub off quicker than normal collars depending on the dog who wears the collars. Not all material is the same, and some are tougher than others Not all pets are the same.

This also goes for how each pet will wear its collars. Some can be very hyper and pull while walking on the leash causing the collar to have a shorter life span, Those that scratch ESPECIALLY CATS will cause fraying and tears in material, while a similar pet can wear the collar for years. Please make sure the equipment you use on your pets is chosen accordingly.

We test all of our products on our own pups and would never ship out items we would not use ourselves. We classify our collars as fashion collars and while they are sturdy and perfect for everyday use, we do not recommend them for overly-aggressive pups. Or cats that tend to scratch at their collars. With that being said, every pet is different and it is your responsibility to know what is right for your fur baby.
