Can be easily put on and taken off, The Velcro closure keeps the flower in the correct position.

This full-bloom dog collar flower is very full and has lots of fluffy petal layers! 

Please note: Although the flower itself is durable these are not meant to be pulled on in rough play, scratched at, or tugged on.
